1. House Community Guidelines
Stay Mate is designed as a peaceful, clean, and productive environment for college students and working professionals. Residents agree to respect fellow roommates, maintain reasonable noise levels during night hours, and keep common living, dining, and restroom spaces tidy.
2. Admission & Documentation
Admission is subject to verification of valid government photo identification (such as Aadhaar card, Passport, or Driving License), college identification (for students) or employment verification (for working professionals), and standard resident agreement signing.
3. Rent, Security Deposit & Notice Period
Rent is payable on a monthly basis in advance as mutually agreed upon admission. A refundable security deposit is maintained during the stay and adjusted or refunded upon successful room handover, subject to the agreed notice period and absence of property damage.
4. Facilities & Meals
Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided during scheduled dining hours. Use of shared amenities (washing machine, refrigerator, RO water, Wi-Fi, biometric access) is included for resident personal use with care.
5. Safety, Security & Prohibitions
For the safety of all residents, biometric access cards/prints are strictly non-transferable. Possession or consumption of illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials on premises is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of stay.
